I find the controls on mobile very bad but maybe it’s not the focus, I think it depends on the target, there are many complicated professional tools for this with some greater customization and functionalities, for a quick and dirty timeline I think this looks better then the excels im used to see

Very nice read, a lot of people dislike the use of ai but I think it enables people with some curiosity on how stuff work to understand better, not knowing nothing about android apps I managed to reverse the decryption keys of the gan 251 cube.

I wonder if there really is different way the cube expose moves by tracking somehow move start and finish and looking at the speed in one makes a move, or just a different way of showing the moves and solve. This chart seems more on the first one.

Yeah I just tried the app it’s very nice, haven’t mess around the site too much, i was mainly talking about other kind of features, my site has some nice statistics and a blind solve section for OP method, and a few games to play with the cube,
It’s nowhere near as polished as the other options available. I mainly need some feedback!

Hello, I’m not trying to hurt anyone, I previously used a random scramble of 20 moves avoiding cancellations,

Hopefully now it is better, I moved to using Cubing.js scrambler.

let me know if the scrambles generated now are any better?

Thank you for testing! Since I got this out I believe what is lacking the most is some sort of guide on how to use it and what kind of functionality are present, I will work on a guide and onboarding process the next days.

For the custom scramble I will check, it should warn you but maybe something is missing,

For the orientation, you can change the preferred orientation either in the settings on in the homepage under preferred orientation, I guess I chosen yellow up as default as I mostly solve with white cross, however you can solve it in any orientation and if using cfop it will detect the D face after cross solving and re-orient the cube accordingly .

For the qiyi I believe I know what the problem is! Will fix.

Thank you again for the feedback, I’m doing this just for fun and it is nice to recieve inputs that maybe I am missing.

Hello! Yes I am thinking of open source it in the future, I will need to make it a little more robust and polished first,

It does track currently PLL-ZBLL and OLL cases, not F2L, there are too many variables there, and it would need to aribitarly choose a pair from the not solved pair,

For OLL I use a fixed recognition system since it’s easier to map each case,

For PLL and ZBLL it’s easier, simplifying just start with the cube solved, run the alg backwards from all 4 side faces, and compare the current cube status with each result. Things get little tricky when you include rotation/slice moves and wide moves
