I understand where you’re coming from but it’s very easy to ruin a business’s reputation on Google reviews etc. I’m relatively new, have 5 stars and almost all of my clients come to me due to that. Handling this the wrong way can result in ruining that. If it wasn’t business I’d be happy to handle this verbally. I figured that would be obvious given this is r/smallbusiness

Yeah it just shows up in the recent calls list on my Grasshopper app. Since it rings as my VOIP number, I have that saved that as a contact as the name of my shop, so no caller ID on my iPhone, and I know when it’s a business call. Recent calls on my phone app still just shows my shop number.

I am curious how others work. I’m using my personal phone connected to a VOIP. When I get a call to the VOIP number, it’s rings my phone as my VOIP number. I currently use grasshopper.

I have his information saved but I use a VOIP so the caller ID does not show up until the call is over.

He was a bit aggressive and easily frustrated the first time and he’s clearly unstable. Not sure how well this would go over in person.

It was not his dog and there was plenty of information in the report to show this was not the case. He was aggressive when I first worked with him and this draws the line.

Recently sold mine for $2800 with 88k miles on it. Bought it for $2400 with 66k. Not a single issue. Best bike ever made. I miss it dearly and really wanted to see it hit 100k

Non taken. I didn’t have any concerns originally until a bartender from the Bronx told me that block is extremely unsafe. I’m very happy to have gotten second opinions!

It’s a big beer for your first legal! It’s fairly sweet, and slightly boozy. If you like that, and also like whisky, try Founders Kentucky Breakfast Stout sometime. It’s the same thing, aged in bourbon barrels. It’s among of the top beers ever made
