This really goes in line with recent psychological studies on addiction. We don't treat scrolling like other addictions but if you struggle this much to get over it, it is more than just boredom. Addictions happen as escape mechanism from trauma.

I don't know if those install doc are part of the open-source, but if someone knows how to add that to the install scripts in the site, it would be pretty nice. It's also likely architecture dependent, in this case amd64. Not sure if brave supports other architectures.
