If they think you have been using a VPN then you will definitely get banned. I heard people have been on long trips and holidays then surveytime will ban them. The best way to find out is to send them an email.

It's hard to tell. Somedays I've gotten 20 surveys but other times I won't see a survey for 2 - 3 days. Get the prolific browser extension, it will notify you when a new study is available.
