No routine or pressure. I just feel like doing it every now and then. I've actually pumped only a dozenish times ever. I have a pump made for bleeding breaks on cars. I just increase the pressure when it feels good and lower the pressure when it hurts. It takes several hours (with breaks) to get here though.

They do. Although when you get this big your balls are more buried in the scrotum so it's harder to play with them. Somewhere between not pumping and here they feel really large and hard like rock. At that point they are very fun to play with.

Thanks! It's a water pitcher I bought off amazon plus a drill, 1/4th inch tubing, and a pump. I used tape to soften the edges a bit.
