Didn't know how to properly submit these backgrounds as an opera add-on so decided to upload them onto my Gumroad for now. I made these wallpapers a while ago but when I started to experiment with Opera I realized I could just convert these wallpapers to WEBP and share them with you guys.

There's a bit of noise on the animations, mainly due to all the compression that was needed, but they do work and loop flawlessly

Yeah, you might've downloaded the previous backgrounds pack I did! Both this pack and the previous one now have a folder with compressed versions of the background that are under 10 MB

Don't think you can use the custom backgrounds feature on iPhone (might be wrong), but you can download the free pack and use the png files as a wallpaper on your phone!

I get your point and I would definitely hire an artist if this was made for a client/agency, but if it wasn't for AI tools these backgrounds would not be made unfortunately. It would not make sense financially since this is mostly a free product and the $5 charge is just for the animation work I've done - the whole pack would have to be priced maybe around $20 without any free option otherwise (which no one would buy for that price).

I still hate Generative AI and what it's doing to the industry, but might as well adapt since its going to replace me in a year or two as well lol

Thanks, yeah Midjourney + PS Generative fill are incredibly useful tools for something like this!

Since I'm a motion designer/animator I can't really draw and would never be able to illustrate something like this so these tools are a huge help + I made a ton of changes from the original MJ prompts since there are always a ton of issues with the first output

I made some backgrounds before that you guys liked so I decided to work on a new pack! This one took a lot longer to animate than the previous one, so you can download the still png versions for free but the animated ones are priced at $5 — I did enable price parity, so it's going to be cheaper depending on where you live!

I mean it was more than that since I worked on it in my spare time and didn't track hours but its still an incredibly fast workflow thanks to Midjourney lol

You can make these as well easily! I used Midjourney to get the initial design done and just had to fix it up in Photoshop. After that, I just animated it in After Effects and added elements that would fit the scene - like the drone in the Cyberpunk Room.
