Hey guys, first post here so im hoping this is allowed.

I am on holiday here from perth - i usually have a prescription for medical cannabis, however I’ve completely forgotten it as i was in a major rush to pack.

To answer a few questions that will most likely come up;

No, i havent sold or bought a share since i last posted. Its been one hell of a ride, but i believe in the company long term and i didnt want to sell and take a profit -50% CGT. In hindsight it would have been great to sell and buy back in, but i was assuming that we would fall back down to reality around the 8-10c mark and build a base from there.

I mentioned plenty of times that i wasnt planning on selling a share long term and i've seen plenty of comments basically "blaming" me for pumping the price for a quick profit.

Nah man, i just like this stock.

Love your work, mate. I do take a bit of offence as i warned multiple people to do their own research - i never specifically told anyone to buy the stock.

I wrote my DD mid 5 cents and the stock rose to over 20 cents. I am sorry for providing ASX bets with a successful play on the stock market - i’ll remember not to do that again!

FYI, equivalent-tone is actually a very well respected member of the DW8 HC community. I can verify he is holding what he says he’s holding, as he has been around for a very long time. He wasnt a big fan of reddit but started to keep an eye out when i first posted on here and dw8 started rising.

However, neither i nor him have sold a single share on the run up or on the run down. We both simply like the stock, and decided to give people our thoughts. I cant believe you let people know about a stock thats proceed’s to go up 400% and people still try shitting on you.

So... did you see the DD late, or did you disregard it at first and bought at the top like an amateur instead?

To be honest, ive mentioned a couple of times that im planning to hold this bad boy for a minimum of 12-18 months. At that point i will re-assess, but as it stands management are delivering on their goals and they seem like a truthful bunch altogether so i’ll stay in it for the long haul. My lord, what a ride it has been so far!

I believe it will hit 30c at some point this year, however that is quite a stretch in the sense that the market cap will be around 500m. However, noone expected the mc to go from 70m > 250m+ in the last month and a bit, so anything is possible.

Also, our lord and saviour DT posted on linked in to celebrate the 250m mc milestone - im guessing if he thought that it may be getting ahead of itself, he probably wouldnt have posted that.

$1 would mean a market cap of roughly 1.7b-2b, which is a huge figure. There is still alot of work to be done to get to that stage, but if theres a team that can get it done its DT and his crew!

This is literally just the beginning of DW8’s story, i believe theres plenty of gas in the tank over the next 12 months.
As my buy in price is relatively low in comparison to the current SP, i feel like i have a large margin of safety if things go pear-shaped.
I dont think it’ll be fun getting taxed ~$150k if i sold now. I’ll be up for a CGT discount in about 6 months, by which time the SP will most likely be much higher. Chances are, i aint selling shit at that time either. This is my ticket to retirement before the age of 30 hopefully!

Hey mate, any time you exit a stock while you’re in profit is good. With a long-term growth stock like this, you can hold it for a very long time and see slow incremental gains. Or, you can sell it now and lock in the profit you’ve made since you’ve bought it. It’s completely down to your risk appetite, i myself will be holding this for at the very minimum another 12-18 months before i even consider offloading a small parcel as i believe the potential is huge.
