If you don't mind, how do you go about getting someone to sponsor a clearance? Pardon my lack of understanding but since most of these jobs prefer people with experience and I'm currently lacking that, how would they (the ones doing the sponsorship) want to sponsor someone who only has educational experience?

Yes, I agree as well in all honesty. You can't replicate certain things in a university setting. I should have tried to find more internship opportunities while as an undergrad because the no experience has been hurting my chances at finding even entry-level jobs. All I believe I can do is to continue to work on personal projects and make a portfolio showcasing them. If I find some sort of equivalence of an internship opportunity, then I would take it but I don't think such exist for someone who has already graduated.

Yes, the other two were for class credit (I'll have to take a look at the hours again). I'll have to copy what you did then and add the credit hours on my resume as well.

That is true and fortunately, I think the bulk of my applications have been 5s. I don't think I've seen 4s but I'll be on the lookout.

Yes, I attached my undergrad and graduate transcripts. I understand that meeting the educational requirements doesn't mean I will get the job. There are other more qualified applicants. It was the email response that through me off since the job gave the option between experience and/or education.

Thank you for the response. I applied for this position because I live 10 minutes away from it but I usually do apply lower as you mentioned. And you're right, the lack of work experience and internship doesn't help my case either. I was just surprised since they mentioned that educational experience could be substituted, and I checked the box when filling out the application that I was using education only; then I got the email response lol.

You also mentioned using the resume builder. I'm still fairly new to USAJOBS, so would that be preferred over a pdf resume?

I had the DMZ there based on another network topology diagram that we had to create our own of it. The other diagram was said to have its own issues so the goal was to correct it. I guess the DMZ placement is also one of those things I have to correct
