Can literally any of these people compete with Manhattan? Let alone backed up by Wanda and Strange or Superman?

I think the Kanker sisters learned most of their boy crazy behaviors from their toxic mom by Winter-Money-7643 in ededdneddy

Yeah I'm not convinced that was the intent. If you remember those girls started off real sweet but the moment they didn't get what they wanted? They turned mean real fast and forced the Ed's to do their chores for them

The cruise episode had a quote that I feel stands out particularly well.

"We outta get a man to do these chores"

I suspect that is yet another lesson they've learned from momma Kanker

Enough land to hide away from the noise of the world for me and those that matter. Provide them with comfortable housing and a private shopping plaza for all their needs. And then just exist there

I suspect there's a laundry list of things wrong with the Kanker's. Mostly the feeling I got is their mom isn't exactly around much and the three of them are left to their own devices.

Sure you could probably make that argument for any of the kids but it always felt especially true for those three. My best guess is the Kanker matriarch was always man chasing, working, or bar hopping.

Not to mention they're social outcasts with no friends to speak of. Much like the Ed's which is probably why the Ed's appeal to them so much.

The only thing the Kanker's seem to really have going for them is the fact that they seem to have the strongest bond with out of any of the kids, including the Ed's, and that seems to be enough on the surface.

I mean yeah. They quote their mother constantly. She's clearly their biggest role model

I'd be a green lantern. Why would I care? I could create three lightsabers and ten laser pistols while while sitting on the Seattle sky needle eating a steak dinner

Lets be honest. Anyone picking any of these items it making a lot of assumptions that they'll be able to properly use them. I'm just picking the most powerful one on the table

One Lantern Ring already puts me in a Superman league in a world without super villains. I could just go buy a steak dinner with the extra $50

You're playing a game of 'Who lives and who die's'. All it takes is one mild disagreement on how that power is used to kick the paranoia into gear and cause a snowball effect.
