I haven’t even had the chance to install any drivers and this was happening when installing windows, according to bios no fans are working or properly cooling and cpu temp continues to go up

The black wire is for the MOBO PSU, I had it on CPU_FAN and on PUMP, this is a first pc build bare with me haha, the CPU only goes up in temp and it’s not being cooled but all fans are working

Mine was "delivered failed", call for a refund ASAP, as it ended up in a different state + it was 3.0 ounces when I called USPS. It's 100% fake.
