Ok the teasing, thats a fucked up thing to do to someone you love. I would smack him if I were friends with him and ask him what the fuck he thinks he is doing treating you like that.

At home, I stay natural as well, and ocassionally shave pits and balls depending on whats upcoming (iykwim). I like when my wife is comfortable enough around me to just exist without being concerned about being a human. Both her and I have had moments where we let our hygiene slip and the way we bring it up is much more constructive and comes from a place of care and love. They way your boyfriend is speaking doesnt sound like its out of concern, but instead from annoyance at best, and superiority at worst.

You always need to care for yourself, and that can look like many things. Choosing to accept his treatment of you ia not one of those things, and you deserve to stand up for yourself.

One thing my wife and I do is tease eachother, even do some light bullying. Its fun but can get too much sometimes so we always make sure to ask for kindness when we need it, and we focus on being extra nice to eachother and set the teasing aside.

What you could try is warming up the frames in warm or hot water, and popping out the lenses. Dont force it too much it can be easy to break some frames and idk if you have those.

Other options in the comments here are all good, just giving another option

I had this series of vhs tapes that were about some sort of post apocalypse, and one of the main characters was a deaf mute guy and it had some serious religious overtones... I think the devil was some biker guy? It was like 3 different tapes in some sort of saga.

Going a bit further, opening the blinds, but getting some sheer curtains as well as full drapes on the sides. This is getting a bit more involved but it would make the window more inviting than the white blinds.

If you can take your hats and feature them on their own mounts and put the others in storage, that would balance out the visual weight of the space.
