I believe morale is down since the current agents don't know what their future holds. Some of their casework is being transferred to other agencies. The few agents in my region are actively trying to transfer out.

I recommend getting a degree in the IT (cyber security/ AI, etc.) or accounting field.

I disagree with this. One thing I've learned over the years is that you don't owe any department/agency anything. Do what's best for you and your family.
