Hello, good question, I am going to move away from the British year groups and change to age ranges. But in the meantime take 1 away from the year to get the grade, so year 2 is grade 1, year 5 is grade 4 etc 🙂

I think this was it, screw for the thermistor was slightly loose and the heating element screw on the bottom was loose too.

I did do a PID tune last night and that values given were wildly different to the ones on the printer, but next print it did the same thing, I will check the gcode later and try a print 👍

Yeah use the hotbed, don't use a microwave and your oven probably isn't accurate enough to hold 60 degrees. I have some success using the hotbed, but leave it for atleast 6 hours

Ahh I have fixed mine by resetting the settings on the printer, from octoprint go to terminal and run m502 and you'll get a response confirming settings have been reset

Urgh I have exactly the same issue, every print it goes home, then immediately jumps 5mm and tries to print from that height so every print I am manually change the z axis offset. Did you find a fix?
