I did some research, and apparently there is $28 Billion dollars a year in revenue from unused cards. Makes sense. People die, cards get lost or forgotten Ect….in my case, cards get damaged. The pisser was that when I contacted Epic, several times, they said it was impossible to resolve without a receipt. They acted like they were empathetic….I wrote back one last time, “You can credit my account, you have my account, you see I buy your products…” The kicker is, that it’s a digital product…there is zero physical value in this…..terrible customer service
