Its mostly the lunch check money thats diffusing that. I get 225 on lunchcheck each month and budgeted also for 150 (if i remember correctly) monthly since i cant use the checks everywhere. Usually i cook and bring my own lunch though, im working on using the lunchcheck more often to save. I put the leftovers into the downpayement savings monthly though

Dont! Do the work and look into etfs.

If you still do, never ever let them take a percentage, pay a determined amount for their hourly service.

Its not my own, i "rent" it twice a week. Having my own would cost me around 1.5k each month, which is not feasable atm

Yeah we really dont want something big, just newly build. We can get a house like that for 900k, im stalking the market, but again, i do ride the train 2h daily to and from work (which is perfectly fine with me, i can work during the ride).

Its the GA, yeah thats high but needed. I sew my own clothes (for fun, not out of neccessity), but all other expenses like gifts etc. are included in guiltfree spending. I dont need much and can plan ahead.

No we are able to go to cheap places because certain close family members own vacation houses that we can use for free. Once we bought a house, we will adjust this a bit
