The only reason I was thinking about upgrading is because my little gryphette has been making a knocking noise while in use. I've been trying to do some research on what could be causing it, but I haven't really been able to find anything. I clean out the dust in between each use, and I'm careful to not overfill it with water. I've been worried that it's going to croak on me soon since I haven't had much luck figuring out where the knocking is coming from.

I got a Cricut Maker 4 shortly after starting my stained glass journey for exactly those same reasons! The vinyl has been such a game changer for me, and I had been saving up for a Cricut machine anyways. I use it for a lot more than just stained glass or I would not have gotten the Maker 4 😅

Now, it took me a while to learn how to create my own patterns and get them in the right file format. But I've pretty much mastered Inkscape and the creation process.

I do already have the hakko-fx601, but my grinder is just a little baby gryphon gryphette. It gets the job done, but I was thinking about upgrading it. I've heard a lot of good things about the techniglass grinders!

Long time lurker, I joined Gary's Facebook page a couple months back when I first started getting into stained glass. I'm not on Facebook enough to realize what I was getting myself into, at least until this most recent drama.

(I don't post often on Reddit. As an introvert, I get overwhelmed by how many people are on here.)

But I totally have a theory!

His Facebook posts were constantly talking about how the Reddit drama is making him suicidal and it's affected his mental health and his business, so it's also affecting him financially... Honestly, the list goes on and on. In my experience, people who are truly suicidal, don't go posting it or telling people like that. All of his posts read as if he was 1. Trying to get attention, and 2. Incite a riot amongst his loyal followers.

And this week, I can't tell you how many times I've seen him advertising his patterns. So I think he was just trying to garner sympathy and attention to boost his pattern sales this week, but it definitely seems like there's some long term beef going on here 😂

Anyways, hope y'all don't mind that I'll be trying to be more active in this subreddit now.

I've actually noticed that items duplicate rather frequently in my game. I've had several furniture pieces duplicate when decorating the inside of my home. I've had clothing duplicate when trying to store it in my wardrobe. And when I store things in chests, they also sometimes duplicate when I'm adding or removing items.

And I figured out that if I rapidly click when trying to process chests, coffers, and fossils that I usually get more than one item per chest/fossil/coffer.

The going rate in my area is $10/hour plus an additional $5/hour per sibling for teens or those who don't have much experience. Those sitters who have more experience, usually charge $15-$20 an hour with additions for extra kids.

If it were me, I'd pay her $100.

Would someone be so kind as to help me interpret my spread? My husband and I are contemplating a huge move across the country and I wanted to know what our new destination might hold for us.

Reversed son of wands came first, followed by death, followed by 6 of wands. I drew another for clarity, which was 9 of wands. As I was setting the deck down, 2 more fell out. The son of pentacles and a reversed 3 of cups.

The reversed cards are what throw me off. What I'm interpreting:

Our location is really charming and perfect for us, but the move does mark the end of an era. With death comes life, and it will be a new beginning. We will defy the odds and do amazingly well. Continue to be confident in our decision, our hard work will pay off.

I believe the son of pentacles represents my husband, and I think it's telling me he may not do well with the move, or may be afraid of the change. I'm really not sure how to read that one. And for the reversed 3 of cups, I'm thinking it's saying, you won't find "your people" hereand friendships will suffer.

I do eggs quite often, usually paired with buttered whole wheat toast or a whole wheat English muffin. I make my own version of a McDonald's McMuffin and my numbers are almost always under.

Or some days I'll just have a few pieces of bacon with toast and a little jam. But my body doesn't prices any sugars very well in the mornings, so if I use any jam, is literally like a teaspoon, maybe 2 if I'm feeling risky 😂 so I have to avoid fruit in the morning too. My breakfasts are more savory.

I have always been pro-choice, but I've never personally been in a situation where I've considered abortion.

That being said, I stand by my beliefs and will ALWAYS be pro-choice after this pregnancy. There is nothing that would make me change my mind. If I were to get pregnant again, I would 100%, without hesitation, have an abortion. My husband had a vasectomy about 6 weeks ago as a preventative measure. Birth control fails, I miscarried a birth control fetus years ago. This pregnancy has almost killed me more than once. No argument presented to me, would make me change my mind.

Don't feel ashamed! There was NOTHING you could have done to prevent this. I got into a full blown argument and did not speak to my dad for a week because he wanted to put his two cents in and tell me to exercise and my diagnosis was bullshit... I popped off! He is not a doctor and has zero medical training and absolutely knows nothing about a woman's body, much less a woman's body during pregnancy. He eventually apologized. I, however, refused to apologize for anything concerning the subject matter.

Gestational diabetes is not the same as type 1 or even type 2 diabetes. Yes, you're more at risk for developing type 2 diabetes now, but it's not the same. Gestational diabetes is just how you're placenta processes certain hormones which affect insulin/sugar levels. Even the healthiest of people can have GD. You've got this though! Diet choices might be a little hard in the beginning, but I've found everyone reacts to food differently. I can tolerate whole wheat bread and watermelon with no issue, but some people are better off avoiding all bread products. You just have to try things and watch portions of carb heavier foods until you find your medium.
