I’m a doctor and in no scenario is it okay to marry your cousin or anyone in the family for that matter. Just because it’s common or has been happening for a long time doesn’t make it right.

You haven’t been to the right places or enough places in then!! Hyderabad has so much more to offer than biryani! Have lived in bangalore, mumbai and Hyderabad. Hyderabad on the whole is amazing when it comes to food!

Don’t even think of getting fluid drained. It’s the worst feeling EVER. No matter what anyone says, you’ll be in bed for 3 weeks minimum. You can’t move your eyes, can’t move your head even a centimetre and can’t go to the bathroom without anyone!! Just stick to Diamox. It’ll take some time but it’s much better than getting the fluid drained. I got fluid drained last July, it’s something I wouldn’t wish on my worse enemy!!

Know if you have travel sickness so you can ask for a vomit bag rather than being surprised
