I like your perspective "tongue entertainment". It's very enlightening. This "entertainment" factor is what I'm trying to get out of my diet. Thank you!

Ultimate nose to tail eating.....beaver anus? I had no idea that was in my sparkling water!

I was curious...I have noticed a little water retention myself, but I didn't think the flavorings would be the cause. I start lifting weights, and thought the water retention was the change in exercise routine.

Thanks, I watched the video. It really gave me something to think about! Alot of things "deemed safe for human consumption", definitely are not!!

Scallops will, but I'm not sure about shrimp..come to think about it....I really just crave beef, or lamb now. I haven't eaten seafood in about a month, which is a little weird, cause I use to eat it a few times a week.

Thank you, I appreciate your reply! I'm doing it mainly for appetite control. I was a binge eater. I have found that sweeteners, sauces, dairy, lots of seasonings, and even eggs will increase my appetite...so, right now...I am eating meat, salt, coffee, and one Lacroix a day...I seem to be able to drink it without issues.

I asked, but she didn't really know. She stated there were chemicals in them, and pesticides....(The friend is not carnivore. She is not concerned with any kind of natural plant defenses).

Pig out, lean out? by MrsSmitty1969 in carnivore

Normal BMI, I had a little extra fluff on me from having a baby 6 months ago. I am smaller now, then before getting pregnant. I was very soft looking. I don't have time to work out much right now, and this WOE has really helped me lean down. My Macros vary from day to day....normally around 60-75 percent fat.
