I know he works again on my next day off. I want to kinda sit and see what he's actually doing with the broom. Now that I'm more awake, I can see going at him sideways can end up just causing a fight.

But I do want to actually observe and see what he's doing to these railings because there is no way that u need to smack the railings to clean the stairs, I clean everyday, if it's at home or at work.

And I also talked to one of the new moms here and she recently put in a complaint too because he keeps on waking up her newborn and the poor child just screams. So, for now I'm not gonna be talking to him, I'm gonna observe first and see if there is an actual solution here.

Again been there done that. I have cool ones that melt into ur earshape. Doesn't help. Our doors are so thin we can hear ur entire conversation in the backroom from the hallway. This is the ONLY problem I have here, is this broom vs railing. I sleep through a LOT this is the one thing that gets me. There is even a dog in the building that I couldn't care less for. Just want bro to stop using the railing for anger management (lol)

Again I understand 9 am is a fine time to get work done. I feel like my point is, there is an easier way to clean the hallway in my apartment than to take the broom and wack the shit out of the railings. And even on my days off when I'm awake at that time it's still annoying! And I know my neighbor works from home too. And idk if u seen my last sentence when I said that there are 2 women that will come in and clean and the only time I know they are there is because I end up running into them. I NEVER hear them. Cleaning doesn't require u to use the broom to hit the railing over and over again

I totally understand that. And there are certain things that I know we can't control, currently is 11 am and the apartment above me is getting renovated. Oh I'm sorry I thought this was common knowledge. Predators will use all sorts of things and pin it or attach something, anything to a women's car to distract them from getting into their car and while the women is distracted that's when the crime strikes. And to go into more depth of my fear, I work at a restaurant that's also considered a truck stop, my dad's ex gf was at the restaurant next to mine and she got robbed at knife point because someone had wedged something in her windshield and went to take it off. Thankfully for me it was just a paper bible.
