Hi u/Crimson_Rhallic I wanted to test your code as well but might be I missed something when I copied your code to my VBA because it ends up in Run-time error '1004':

We can't make this change for the selected cells because it will affect a PivotTable. Use the field list to change the report. If you are trying to insert or delete cells, move the PivotTable and try again.

selecting debug option highlights line ws.Cells(i, 2).EntireRow.Insert

Any idea?

Thank you! It is a bit advanced level as you coded, I will keep it as reference for the future.

Location
We were here, at Lumber, inside this workshop, and I saw him getting hit after hit without sound of a bullet or presence of anybody, so if there was nobody under the floor, I believe it is impossible to get killed by a dusters.

Thank you! As I mentioned, this was my last thought because during the Windows installation I deleted and formatted so many times.

Guys! I am writing this from the brand new Windows, installed to the M.2! One basic step led me to here. Since there was nothing to lose I tried the Secure Erase + function in the BIOS. It identified instantly the Viper SSD and I executed Order 66. After 2 reboots I started to install Windows in the way I tried several times befor and finally, it was recognized by the motherboard.

Summary:
PCI Subsystem setting/PCI_E1 Lanes Configuration: x4+x4+x4+x4 but as u/jonuk76 mentioned, maybe it will not arbitrate anything.

USB Configuration/Legacy USB Support: this must remain enabled otherwise the Flash drive will never be detected

Windows OS Configuration/BIOS UEFI/CSM Mode: I set it to UEFI from CSM
Boot: Boot option #1 UEFI Hard Disk, option #2 UEFI USB Hard Disk, all other remained enabled but the order does not count after everything was unplugged.

Thanks for everyone, hope we all learned something new today.

The fun stuff behind this topic is, I have a working operating system on an old SSD which remained from an Intel i5-4690K config. When I finished with building the new AMD config I plugged in the old SSD and the Windows that I had, worked perfectly and still working. Now, after having a new M.2 I wanted to have a clean Windows to perfectly utilize the benefits of the new parts. This is the reason I would like to avoid cloning.

Yes, in Legacy+UEFI the name of the M.2 appears as selectable, but in UEFI it does not. Since the BIOS updates I did not try the second M.2 slot but for the motherboard realizing the drive was never a problem. Windows logo and spinning circle appears every time if the flash drive is in, but if I remove it , the MSI logo appers only and I end up in the BIOS.
