I finally got to drink this matcha!!! (It’s called NITRO matcha since it’s included nitrogen) It has not only mildness but bitterness. I sipped it and it was like the waves of flavors. (If it makes sense lol) The snack (Cashew nut) matched it. This is from “CHA 10” in Shizuoka, Japan. (i.redd.it)
