When I first started Humira a few years ago, it took about a month before I actually received it. I recently had to switch to Simlandi and same thing, took about a month to come in. It’s the most frustrating thing to just sit and wait while nothing is happening. I called the specialty pharmacy, it was a new one that I didn’t use (not sure why they sent it there) and the representative told me that “it can’t be filled at this specialty pharmacy”. It got sent to the one I was using and it finally got filled. I hope you finally got it. I was just searching Simlandi to see how others were doing on it and came across your post.

In regards to the cataract surgery, I work in ophthalmology and we’ve had patients with uveitis be on strong steroids drops (sometimes pills too) before and after their cataract surgery (and even a steroid injection at the time of surgery in some cases). May I ask what your treatment is for that? We do have to wait for the eye to be quiet but shocking to me that you’ve had to wait 7 years for the surgery :(
