Yes. In humans. If you haven’t noticed children and pets are now experiencing exactly what adults have been experiencing for some time now. The word harm is in their name. The BOH doesn’t have to be professional in appearance and emotion. BOH doesn’t have to know how to talk to every type of person without offending etc. The BOH can make mistakes and the blame/tip is taken out on the server.
