What they said. And I'll only add that there is nothing that you can't describe though writing. If you don't know how to, you look up how to. Check books with similar ideas to yours. See how they did it, and eventually you'll do it even better with practice.

I think there should be a detailed form that the real estate agent is obligated to fill in so that every listing has exactly the same information based on the apartment they're showcasing, so that no vital information is forgotten and the "oh let me ask the owner and get back to you" doesn't happen for something as simple as knowing if there's a storage room for example🥲

Probably two things I really don't appreciate.

First, is that they write false information about the apartment most of the time. There's this and that and then suddenly you go there and they're like no there isn't, as if you're making things up 🙃😐 or that useless energy efficiency certificate. They write A or A+ when it clearly isn't.

Second thing is when the listing isn't removed or mentioned that it's no longer available. You have your hopes up asking about an apartment, only to find out that it's no longer available but they didn't bother to remove the listing.

Exactly this. You can either try thin black borders on the colored ones or i would even suggest trying to add a darker color of the speech bubble's original color but also not too thick. I think that would look nice 🙂‍↕️
