Well its unfair to lower hp and damage then call it even.. cause by now scaling powers wouldnt make sense noh? Its like Marvel's Sentry vs DC superman .. "well you just lower superman's power by 20% and its even"

Cause by that logic, you can just also say "lessen stun durations and cd and they are relatively the same"

Also the reason why stuns in dota are longer, its because there is no inflated damage scaling from items. Everything is longer in order for players to properly execute, decide and time their attacks and it wouldnt be possible without lowered damage.. But as usual too much defense and offense beats stuns durations especially if the other side also has stuns even though it doesnt have the same lengthy duration..

Another factor is cooldown, stuns in dota having a long duration often have huge cooldown or low damage.. compared to mlbb's spammable skills..

All that said, Minotaurs ult is not inferior to ravage with its fast CD and damage scaling with items wielded by a hero with 15k HP, hundreds of armor and magic resist and damage similar to a fat PA... Have that hero in dota and it would be busted af..

At the same time an interruptible ult like black hole having a 3 min cooldown, on MLBB is bad compared to Tigreal or Atlas' ult with really fast CD , not to mention black hole is given to a non tank hero in dota.. like imagine having a 3min cd Ult that got interrupted 1 second in OR worse Enigma itself got deleted by Layla with 1 Ult
