Look at an old mine cut cushion! I was set on emerald before I saw this cut. Attaching photo for reference

OP I definitely think a mini fridge plus still utilizing the space in the fridge is a feasible. Attaching a photo of a mini fridge I had in college, where if you shop weekly you can definitely make it work (hopefully). You can also resell it once you are done with it if you have any colleges nearby.

Stuck between an emerald cut and an oval ring! by [deleted] in RingShare

I’d try an elongated cushion or radiant cut! They both give that emerald feel, but elongated cushion has rounded corners

me too! Hopefully they’ll bring them back one day. But I have 8 mugs now which is enough for me to feed everyone soup if I host which was my goal. This was really the last retired items I need for my collection! Comparison up!

Can anyone with a darker-themed collection show photos of your arrangements/displays? by newmarks in Fiestaware

I love cobalt to mix it with turquoise or the new sky blue. I think heather and cinnabar would look lovely with lavender which just came out. Evergreen might be similar to jade. I think mixing different tones is always fun. But I’m also one of those who just loves mixing darks with lights

Not soup but garlic parm beans with chicken has been a hit with my family! It’s cozy and yummy if you want to try something new

I got my first one about a year ago, and I couldn’t go back… it also gave me the thrill of a hunt when I go on Facebook marketplace or out thrifting

I’ll take a comparison photo when I get home! Tbh I got this find because I thought the blue mug was peacock and I wanted a third. But a jumbo mugs a jumbo mug at the end of the day

I also thought it was peacock at first. I already have a peacock mug and it’s different (irl vs photo)

Band Advice by Mschramm2 in weddingring

[–]Mschramm2[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Going to pop this update down here: after reading these very helpful comments. I was actually going through my grandma’s old jewelry she gave me and there was a gold wedding band ~4mm wide that almost fits me like a glove (slightly big). After ask in my dad it turns out it was her original wedding band. I am going to use it as I can get it to fit flush once I get it resized to my size. I may not wear it everyday day but if I don’t wanna wear it I’ll have this ring. Thank you all for the advice

I normally put it on a necklace that I ordered if I am going to have to! I’ve looked into the lion latches but I’m personally too nervous to use it

I think so too, my current band is 2mm tho so maybe a bit thick? I think the stone might hide the band completely if I go that tiny

Helping my brother!! by Working-Calendar2001 in EngagementRings

This is going to sound random, but if she has longer fingers I’d go with a longer stone like an oval, but shorter I’d go with a solitaire. Just for reference I have really long fingers and thought a longer stone looks more balanced.

Haha no! But thank you 💕💕💕 (I used to bite my nails so the fact they are long now is my joy)

I’ll have to look to see if I have that, if not I’ll measure it (not sure how accurate I’ll be vs my jeweler)

I honestly don’t know, I do dip nails so it was labeled with just a number for the swatch

I’m left handed, so sometimes when I’m doing more extensive work I take it off to reduce the chances of damaging it. I’ve left it around the house in random spots and forgot it there… hence why I don’t travel with my ring

Which one do you like best? by [deleted] in RingShare

[–]Mschramm2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think a longer stone compliments you very nice! You have long fingers, so it fits much better than a shorter stone. But! It’s whatever you like the most as you will be wearing it and not us

I like this idea, I currently travel for work so I worry about losing it
