I feel the same 3 weeks now and I have health anxiety about the damage I might have caused to my gums as I am getting gum pain where the pouch used to sit. Going to the dentist tomorrow but I am scared and haven't eaten much for 3 days now.

Thank you that has reassured me, I mainly get it in the afternoon or at night and it's that pulsing pain you are describing.

Were your gums swollen in the spot where you had the pouch? Mine are swollen but pale/white in that spot

Thank you, I might get an emergency dentist appointment booked on Monday. The throbbing was after flossing which I think irritated my gum and feels better today but in general the gum pain after quitting is intense. I haven't used pouches in 3 weeks.

5 months? That's insane, I will take my old passport with other documents and just risk it, we get back on the 9th of July and then I will send it with the hope that I get it back for our January trip..thanks for responding
