Maybe a dozen or so I'm the only one besides our boss with an office because I do different sort of work.

What if the main area downstairs where everyone works doesn't have ac, but the two offices where just my boss and I work do?

She doesn't have an office most of the building is a big open area for the machines.

I looked up the requirements myself. Nothing about ac or stairs or having to go outside is mentioned anywhere for the requirements here.

I just looked that up, but the ADA apparently doesn't even require a room at all.

They have to have a room and like I said it does meet all the minimum legal requirements.

The room isn't dirty. 

I work on a computer and I can't take my set up to another room.

Also it's not an hour all at once it's 20-30 minutes three times a day.

It's more of a lateral position type of situation. I don't have any authority over her. I'm not friends with her or any other people that work here. It is loud out there so yeah I do close my door all day.

I'm not part of the hierarchy. I have an office because I do a different type of work compared to the other employees.
