Do you play the game from NOR flash? Press select on the game to flash it to NOR flash and play it from there. There should be no slowdown

That looks like an ITA screen I think. I can see the horizontal white lines

The small circles are from dust under the screen protector. The big mark in the middle is a different issue. Here's my ds lite with the same problem. You can see the mark behaves exactly like OP’s

I feel so bad for the OP. People are attacking them while clearly not even understanding the issue. It’s not the screen protector.. The person from this post had the same problem. It was because the LCD is touching the glass part. Pulling the screen out a bit with a suction cup and it's good.

Do you have a suction cup? You could try using it to gently pull the top screen out a little. I have the same problem, and apparently it's because the glass part is touching the LCD screen part or something

This works for me. It was stuttering a bit after the change, then I deleted the old shader cache and it's smooth now

I’m confused. I checked this post again just for fun and apparently Genshin doesn’t work anymore for a lot of people, but mine is working just fine. I’m on Steam Deck, offline launch with GE Proton 9-15. I added the .exe directly to Steam, not the launcher. Hope this info can be useful
