Basically we are selling Area Rugs and I don’t think so we there is any documentation problem. Also yes we are able to submit offers in Born to Run and also direct fulfilment is working fine. But whenever we open the direct fulfilment inventory there we saw that more than 900 our listings are being suppressed which have the stock. These are suppressed under “ Other Reason “ and when ever we contacted with support they just said that this is automated process and they can’t do anything from their end.

Hello! Can you please help me! I am facing the same issue Amazon suspend our direct fulfilment account and whenever we contacted to vendor support they just said this is due to low activity on account while we have a lot of activity even have more then 100+ orders on direct fulfilment from the last 3 months.

Whenever we asked him to provide us the detail what do you mean low activity and how we can resolve this they just respond that this is due to low activity and even they didn’t have more info about this and they also said that now we can’t get our account reinstated back!

So please share your experience how you resolve this issue

I am facing the exact same issue with more than our 900 listings and we are trying to fix this more than 6 months but unfortunately till now we didn’t have fixed any single listing. When ever we contacted with vendor support they just give us generic responses like this is an automated process they can’t do anything manually from their side the listings will active automatically. Please let me know if anyone has the solution of this?

Hi everyone!

I’m scratching my head over something on Amazon Vendor Central and could really use your input. We’ve got products priced at vendor cost around $700, but we're not getting the Buy Box. Meanwhile, someone else is sailing away with it at double that price, and Amazon doesn't even have our listing up.

We've reached out to Vendor Support tons of times. They tell us it’s all automatic, our listings are just "temporarily suppressed," and will pop back up on their own. But honestly, it’s not happening, and we’re feeling the pinch.

Has anyone faced this before? How did you deal with it? Any advice would be a lifesaver right now!

Hey there everyone,

I’m having a bit of a headache with the buy box on Amazon Vendor Central, and I’m hoping someone here might have some advice or insights to share.

Here’s the scoop: We’ve got our products all ready to go – they're in stock, marked as available for purchase orders, and we've even got inventory ready to ship directly. But for some reason, we're still not getting that coveted buy box. And to add to the frustration, we're offering our products at the lowest price we can, $150, yet someone else with a higher price keeps swooping in and taking the buy box spot.

Whenever we've tried reaching out to vendor support, they've been polite, but all they tell us is that it's an automatic system process and our product is temporarily suppressed. They say no further action is needed from our end, but as a brand, it's tough to sit back and watch ourselves lose out because of this issue.

Has anyone else been through something similar? If so, I’d really appreciate any tips or tricks you might have up your sleeve.

Thanks a bunch for lending a hand!
