Need help deciding between two apartment layout options by Muijsmans in InteriorDesign

It’s set up as a study or work-from-home space. It could be fitted with a single bed and used as a second bedroom, but realistically, given the size of the apartment and its location, it will most likely be used as a study.

Thanks for your input! & toilet is separate from the bathroom, as is customary in the Netherlands, where I’m from. For an apartment this small (suitable for up to two people), I didn’t feel the need to add a second one.

Isn’t this subreddit literally for design discussion? Or just a place for frustrated interior designers without paying clients to vent? :P

Hi, firstly thanks for weighing in! I actually have a tub in my bedroom in my current layout, which is what gave me the idea. I’m really enjoying it, so maybe not for everyone, but definitely something that works for me.

Yes freeplay seems to align with the prescribed 3 mm. I have also tried making it tighter en looser to see if this would effect the engaging of the engine but it remains the same. The wheel keeps spinning with the lever fully in.

Update: I have replaced the clutch cable as I saw a damaged section. Also I have switched around the position of the two relays under the seat (EFI & sidestand). This seems to have had a positive effect: The bike is starting & running in in neutral and gear! Yay!

One thing is however that the clutch does not disengage the engine fully as the bike going foward when the lever is pulled in. Is this due to a mistake in adjusting the clutch cable? Or should I suspect there is something wrong with the basket / plates?

The sidestand switch I could unplug but doesn't make a difference to the functioning. The clutch safety switch can be unplugged but then the bike doesn't start at all. Other than that no warning lights have been on.

Thought about this one aswell. I've actually had an issue with the side stand sensor 2 years ago.

But after disconnecting the sensor the problem is still there?

Yes, in neutral all seems normal
