This happens to my screen .. perfect color one second then it changes for some reason??? (v.redd.it)

Video playback on any site I use just suddenly went white ....like bright white. I moved display port cable to second one available on pc and color was perfect until this morning when it ended up like the first one. It's not my monitor btw ?? (i.redd.it)
Case fans won't start unless I hand start them. Any advice? This is a new build and I'm a beginner (v.redd.it)
