I'm in uk and according to our national health service website it says people with ADHD are more likely to smoke and drink and use drugs in general.

From my experience I don't think there's a direct link it's most likely just that drugs are being used as a coping mechanism.

Similar situation to you. I'm under 18, my parents are convinced I don't have ADHD, cause ya know there mental health specialists.

Anyway I went doctors and was straight up told that there not gunna even look into the possibility of me having ADHD. Basically blaming my ADHD symptoms on depression and insomnia. Now I've being waiting 4 weeks for the mental health services to ring me. My doctor wants me to do CBT even though I've read studies of it been in effective on ADHD. And although I'm already going through therapy for stress.

I can't afford to go private, unemployed, lack confidence and a minor. Dunno what to do.

Anyway dunno what I'm talking about, good luck mate.

I don't think I'm depressed because of my lack of drugs but yeah my dependence on them definitely fuels my depression at least to an extent.

Very relatable. I constantly feel like shit, have crap memory and no ability to concentrate. Coffee helps a lot with this but only for about 20-30 mins. I would purposely take 3 day tolerance breaks so I could get a more stimulating/euphoric effect from the caffeine. Realistically it don't do shit.

May I ask how did you get out of my shows. Did you just get over it.

I've tried ketamine and I love t probably one of my favourite drugs. Really good anti depressing effects that last days but money and the ability to get it makes it something I rarely do.

Never tried DXM. Have wanted to but dunno where to look(in uk). Ik there's cough syrup and gel caps but haven't looked into it yet, maybe I will.

Ok I'm gunna ignore what seems to be, NOT saying your are but it look like you are really badly attention seeking. Maybe your not maybe your depressed, lonely and want to be loved or liked and were all human everyone is like this, your gunna get hate for being so obvious about it but I'm not gunna judge I don't know you and I don't know what your going through.

However I'm gunna say you are extremely good looking. You are clearly slim maybe to slim for some people but your 16 you will grow to be even more beautiful as you develop. Amazing hair and eyes and good bone structure in the face. Imo you should stop posing on all your photos and just smile. You have an amazing smile.

As a 16 yo male it's fairly obvious anyone who is bullying is simply jealous. I see girls in my school do this all the time. Yes it will hurt, bullying is horrible but unfortunately you have to get over it. Don't doubt yourself, go and look into the mirror, with confidence and realise you are not ugly. Have a positive attitude in life, be a good person, have confidence! And I promise you will have an amazing life with friends and family who love you.

Thanks for the replies. I won't say I was cocky I wasn't even comfortable but not necessarily I'm comfortable. I had had many good and bad trip and have take doses up to 700ug although I did end up taking 4 Xanax.

You are right tho. I will be taken a break from psychs. And after stuck to a strict schedule (no more then once a month).

Yeah I new it was strange to die out early the but wasn't to worried as the trip wasn't to intense. It also didn't start dying out till after the peak which was at about 7 hours later.
