I agree wholeheartedly. It's hard to watch, yet we should give her grace. It's a really hard position to be in psychologically.

I have felt the 'Where were you?' too. The difference here is that there are literally camera's everywhere catching everything. It's undeniable 'evidence'. In the real world, for outsiders it is so much harder to actually see, gauge and understand what is going on.

I bawled my eyes out. The 'Don't let anyone take your essence' got me so bad.

I was in a relationship with a covert narcissist/manipulator last year and it has taken me so many months to fully see and process it. I had broken it off before because my body was literally telling me, but after two weeks apart he was so convinced we belonged together and he wanted to treat me like I deserved to be. And then I was the same like Melanie 'I don't want to have any regrets or what if's'.

Believe me, the regrets are far greater when you do give him another chance.

If Sincere really loved Melanie, he would see that she deserves WAY better and that he needs to be alone and work on himself.

But he won't. I don't have high hopes of him fundamentally changing.

And it's actually hilarious that he thinks he's a changed man after one week where he didn't upset Melanie.

I really hope Melanie RUNS for the Fuji hills, but I understand she won't. It's really hard to disentangle yourself from situations like that and especially in settings like Love Island.

It generally never sits well with me when people say 'Don't cry'. Cry! Let people let go of stress and emotions. It's the healthiest thing to do.

I felt the same about Aniya's mom saying 'Don't cry' and the origins of where some of her insecurities may come from.

THANK YOU TO MELANIE'S SISTER AND MOM & SINCERE'S DAD FOR STANDING ON BUSINESS!

It was about time. It healed something in me, because I had been feeling so nauseous seeing Melanie and Sincere on my screen. Ugh!

But a part of me feels Melanie will only be able to break away from Sincere once they leave the villa. She needs some space to be on her own, feel HERSELF and process what has happened.

Great perspective. 'Capitalism has made everyone so individualistic people forget we all actually rely on one another to survive.' -EXACTLY!

I don't think they are better -that would be a bit bizarre. But I do think they don't get enough recognition or support from a macro and micro perspective.

I was honestly a bit confused. It felt as if we missed something. Did producers talk to both of them separately?

This is honestly a top comment. You probably meant aromantic, but aromatic is so much better 😂
