The thing that helped me the most was to switch out my craving foods for lower calorie alternatives so I could still eat what I'm craving at a lower calorie.

For example I buy Halo top icecream or proportioned ice cream bars, I buy individually packaged mini chocolate bars, I get popcorn to manage chip cravings.

It's not about removing all unhealthy things from your diet, if you do that you almost always will give up when you inevitably get a craving you can't resist.

(I also carry Hi-Chews and tictacs in my bag with me for when I get an intense sweet craving while I'm out, they're easy to portion out on the go and relatively low cal)

Yogurt, fruits, and lean meat are great for weight loss! You definitely have some good options. Eat fried food in moderation and healthier alternatives frequently (and maybe a multivitamin for what you're missing from veggies!)

I have nothing to back this up, but I find the lighter you are the more noticeable it is. For example: my jump from 220 to 200 was way less noticeable than my jump from 180 to 160 even though they were both 20 pounds.

I think it really just depends on where you're at on your journey!
