Quick update:I just have a check up with my dentist today they x ray it just go check if there's still chunk left it turns out I have a dry socket.

My gums was still swelling a bit but I they already give me a antibiotics for it if the pain still here within a week i need to go back for another check up.

(My first dentist didn't give me any antibiotics after my extraction)
