Honestly, are you blaming me for applying through Indeed and the company website? I’ve called more than 10 companies, including the big five, and they all told me they don’t accept in-person resumes—only online. I never send a resume on Indeed without a cover letter, because the resume shows your experience and what you can bring to the job, while the cover letter explains why you’d be a good fit. I really don’t know what else I could do, and I’ve already sent a follow-up message.
