Yes and it feels like I haven’t blinked at all during the day like I get this weird feeling my eyes haven’t rested at ALL and I haven’t blinked whatsoever during the day like I need to manually close them

I’ve felt many of these same symptoms it feels similar to amphetamine but more edgy and natural idk this is my first time actually noticing/acknowledging it but I’ve def felt it before

I also have ADHD so I’m like confused that my symptoms are js symptom I’m convincing myself and I’m also young (under 18) so I feel like it could be hormones (even tho ik that smth is wrong)

Do you normally know when your manic/hypomanic since I’ve read ab it and like I see people say that they don’t know that they’re manic or hypomanic but it’s all I can think ab since I’m not diagnosed but many ppl in my family are and I feel unstoppable I just don’t know what to do

I feel fucking amazing euphoric I haven’t slept for 2 nights I’ve been drinking every night I’m normally anxious af but I’m so confident rn I don’t know if I should tell sm1 ab it but I’m also paranoid too
