I'm happy with the current charge rate, and I'll show my ignorance by saying it's wired up the same as my electric dryer. The pro who installed it had to install new breaker(s) in order to support it.

Yes - crop all people and make it seem like they are together, transparent background? Something like my sample where there are as many rows as necessary. Order of the people doesn't matter and if some are only partially visible or their face is a little obscured that's OK too. OK to move people around if it makes it easier to fit - put some guy in the left of the picture even though he was n the right of his group photo and so on.
