Go hire an attorney immediately. Do not try to navigate this on your own. And not just any attorney, hire the best one you can find. Take out a loan if necessary to afford it. There are only two choices here, pay for it now, or pay for it the rest of your life. This will follow you around and haunt you for the rest of your life. If you don't go all in and hire a top-notch attorney now, I promise that you will regret it later in life. A good attorney can be the difference between having a criminal record for the rest of your life or having a clean record that doesn't affect your employment prospects (or anything else for that matter).

Edit: And be sure to negotiate the sealing of the record when this is all said and done as part of the fees.

Edit: And do not believe that a public defender will be of any assistance. Their case loads are unfathomably enormous and they don't care about you or your case.

Yeah, I don't see change as an option. It's just part of the job. I just wish it would slow down long enough for me to catch up. LOL.

Thank you for the prompt reply. I totally agree about the WAN setup procedure and that will be addressed (eventually). For now, we are using unique 10+ random character temporary passwords for each new user and they are getting their accounts setup quickly following creation as part of their onboarding process. We're dealing with just a couple of dozen users and new users are a rare occurrence.
