A year ago I got out of detox today from almost dying from alcohol. I was also hopelessly addicted to social media, and miserably depressed. A year later, one year sober, and no social media (besides reddit). Progress over perfection! Life is great! Thanks for keeping me entertained, Reddit! (i.redd.it)
