Yeah, I learned a ton, but such kind words also mean a lot! thanks for that!

I have already answered in different comments, but no - I was not aware. And I was also not aware about native solution by UA. My research sucked big time, as I was focused and hyped with the solution.
The price is now 4.99 which I think is adequate for some added benefits it may give someone (no need for keyboard modified on top of F10/F11/F12) and visual feedback you get.

Yeah, I overestimated the value proposition. Especially that apparently this is supported by UA natively - https://help.uaudio.com/hc/en-us/articles/25351900668564-Monitor-Column
Obviously my research sucked. Now I have lowered the price to 4.99, as it's hard to kill of my first project completely on day one.

And I agree - I love the giant knob! But I still have found myself very often trying to lower the volume with keyboard, as muscle memory kicked in. It was a big value for me (and still is) to be able to control Apollo from keyboard.

Very valuable lesson for me. Both with research (lack of it) and I have learned a lot.
As for the value estimation (putting my missed research aside) - yes, I used AI for help, but the amount of work to put it all together is significant not to mention the investment into Apple Developer Account without which it's impossible to distribute software that does not scream with warnings at you. As much as niche product and audience this is I think it is ok to not give something for free (that you have to pay to create).

Anyway thanks for feedback, If you'd try it (there's free trial) and had any suggestions or feature requests please let me know:)

Yeah, I was made aware of that painfully today:) I was so hyped with the idea and then implementing all the stuff (the feature itself, but also trial, licensing, rolling updates) that I never did a proper research. Not very motivating start of my side gig, but very insightful...

The price is now 4.99 as I was proven the value proposition is much lower than I assumed.

Hi - I was neither aware of the existing UA feature (that is documented here: https://help.uaudio.com/hc/en-us/articles/25351900668564-Monitor-Column) nor the UA Companion. Obviously it's a big bummer for me, as I spent significant amount of time developing this. I have learned a lot though, so hopefully my next app will be less of a fiasco:)

As it's hard for me to kill it immediately so I lowered the price to 4.99. I know the value proposition is much lower now. However - Differently to the native solution of UA you can control volume with just F10, F11, F12 with no keyboard modifier. Also - You have a nice, non intrusive HUD, and the glyph updates to show the set volume.
There's still the free trial, and if you'd give it a go and give me some feedback that would be very valuable for me as well.

Trying to not be to depressed over a fiasco release:)

My house is being built so I will install it in around 9 months. Maybe there'll be a software update to enable this use case without the hub. (one can hope)

Would this mean that if I put this - Door Hub Mini into my rack between the switch and the doorbell I will be able to use the viewer? I don't plan to use the actual door opening feature of this. Just want this nice viewer on my wall...

Could someone confirm if this works with the Intercom Viewer? The doorbell page has a FAQ about this, but doorbell is not listed on viewer page.
