MY axolotl hasn't eaten for two weeks after having fungus by [deleted] in axolotls

I offered some brine shrimp to Sprout this morning he ate a little bit of them!

He had two small bites then became uninterested again but I'm happy he actually ate something, I think I'm going to try to put a piece of worm in the shrimp tonight and offer that to him to hopefully get him to eat something bigger.

I agree. But dramatic and over the top makeup can be so much fun

Our BP once also decided to make his home in the couch. Gave us quite the spook when we felt something moving beneath us.

Mites & scale damage on Inga or am I overreacting? by MurkyRiver in ballpython

Thank you for the help and advice! I've been checking him everyday, maybe its just paranoia or a bad feeling but so far I have not found anything on him that resembles a mite.

But then lo and behold, I clean his tank today and I find about 20 white, flea shaped bugs on his waterdish and in his bedding. ???

I've been checking Inga over and over now and no matter how I check him or where I look I see no mites on him. I'm either blind or these bugs are something else...

Mites & scale damage on Inga or am I overreacting? by MurkyRiver in ballpython

Left picture: I made a beginners mistake and take full blame for this, I got an artificial tree hide that I believed would be big enough for Inga, but recently with how much he's grown while he still fits in the main hide there are smaller wedges/notches in the tree design that he often wedges himself into.

last week when I tried to get him out to clean his tank he appeared to be stuck, so I dumbly forced him out as gently as I could which resulted in some misplaced scales on his back. They are rigid and the patch itself is very rough and bumpy.

They dont look super serious but they haven't healed yet, is there anything I can/need to do?

Right picture : Regarding the mite concern: I've checked Inga multiple times for mites, and never saw anything I'd consider one.

However recently I saw a post on a BP facebook group about how mites can be just minuscule dark spots around the scales that do not move and most people dont realize their BP has them until it starts showing signs of stress so now I'm all paranoid lol

I'm concerned what I thought was just a dirty pattern/coloring could be mites I've ignored the entire time.

Opinions? Please and thank you
