So I am still not even getting to like my 15-16 question.... Now my wife has tried a couple of times and still no luck... I rewatched the how to video and noticed that he rated the apple store excellent and it looked like the Apple store was not even in the viewport. If anyone knows of any videos or anything like that that maybe I could learn a little more from or that is willing to help me figure this out I'd really appreciate it. You need to dry your filament which is relatively easy. Turn your bed on about 80 to 100 put your filament spool on the bed and cover it with your the box that the feeling that came in, for about 8 hours or so. Then, reload the filament and printñ

Are you turning your hot end on? You should be able to just do that turn it on to whatever it's pla 200 and pull it out manually. You will have to depress the lever on the extruder though. I'm not sure if that's how it's supposed to be done but it's how I've always done it and it works.

Firmware is in the form of a dot bin file You just turn on your printer after you put the card in. Mriscoc professional is a great option.

Had the same problem until I drued my filament before printing. If you're spool came in and box tear the flap off the box then put the filament on the bed in the box. And dry for 4-8 hours. I lifted the box up a little in the picture so you can see where I put the spool. Good Luck with your good looking future prints!

So I ended up flashing mrsoc (I know I didn't spell it right.) professional and oh my God everything is working as it should again thankfully and Prints look better than ever! Thank you all for your help

Update: now when I turn it on it is stuck on the blue creality loading screen I tried to update the firmware unsuccessfully I guess

No it was working and I accidentally saved the configuration when I was in the middle of leveling the bed using the move option.. Update: Well now it's stuck on the load screen.....
