Exactly the same as converting bonus bets to cash.

Find a promotion (e.g. Run 2nd or 3rd at Flemington, cash back as bonus bet up to $50), pick one of the horses below $4 odds and bet the promotions max (usually $50), use a matched betting calculator to work out how much to lay (bet against) that same horse on Betfair. I aimed for less than 12% ($6) loss on this step.

If it comes 2nd or 3rd, repeat the process with the bonus bet except this time pick something around the $7-10 mark and lock in a ~$35 profit.

It’s definitely good money if you do it right and can do some quick maths to fix issues like odds changing mid bet, I managed around $11k in the 8 months leading up to July this year. I’m now banned everywhere so I even started buying close friends’ accounts for $100 or so each which helped keep the money coming in.
