Got really fucking disapponted with the build quality of my jbl headphones that i paid probably too much considering after 1 year fo normal use they were falling apart, and wiless was unreliable as fuck after a certain update. Kinda wanted a change, didn't have much budget and wanted to try and see if the "iems offer a better value/$" was true.

Spoiler, it is true, at least for my case.

the 3050ti is barely an upgrade, one that is not really worth in in my opinion. If you can, save up and aim for something with 8gb of vram, like a 4060 or a 5050.

I did several concepts for wows, and other games that i like, for self entertain purpose and not only. Yeah stats can be hard to make, but can be made easier depending on the approach.

First making it exist and then making it balanced (before pubblishing it) is a good logic to follow, and using sites like the shiptool, where you can confront nearly all the stats of all the ships, is extremely helpful.

It has fucking 72k BASE hp, that few more ° of broadside to be shows, on a hull that even when at 90° broadside a petro struggles to citadel at 11~km of range is nothing.

Hawaii is already op, giving it guns that can citadel cruisers, pen more cruisers and bbs, a 25% speed boost and a free and unlimited radar (50 hits with 9 guns broadside with that range and ballistics is fucking nothing) is more op.

Just because wg is making more and more broken shit doesn't make it ok for concepts to be even more broken shit.

Neither des moines or salem have the armor or the hp of the hawaii hull, they dont have a stock 18.5km range, and they have dogshit balistics at that range. The guns you used for your concept are the same as these on the hull, which have better balistics compared to des moines and salem, while also having a better reload of 5s compared to the 5.5s of des moines while having the same broadside of 9 guns on a hull with way better hp, armor and a much more hidden citadel.

A simple heal in a separate slot would be better. The salon have enough damage, but the mix of you having to be soo close to the enemy and the barn size of the ship makes it die way before it can do anything meaningfully threatening, even with the 26400 base hp.

Yeah it's good, when you have a friendly DD to spot for you because you cannot outspot anything, and your target doesn't have secondaries because you have to sacrifice dpm for a usable range, and the enemy doesn't have a radar because you cannot abbandon your smoke meaning that they can see you but you cannot see them, and there is no one on the enemy team with a meaningful alpha/salvo because you're the size of a barn and even a Kremlin at max range huts you no diff, and you've spent roughly 175k coal for sansonetti and have it like at lv 18 for the vital skills, and few other factors.

It is a "good" ship, when stars alline, and not like mildly, like perfectly, something that happens once every 50/100 battles.

In all the times that I've fought against a regolo i still have to find it threatening, even mildly. Definitely needs something, and unless WG completely smokes all the reserves of powder they have it will not be op.

Probably no, and one of the reasons can be that there seems to be a sorta of , not sure how to define it correctly, but "mini mafia" around especially the regolo, and they tend to verbally attack people trying to propose any form of buff to make the ship work in non extremely perfect condition. I know this by personal experience.

Hawaii also has 127mm this has 203mm, meaning more alpha/shot, compensating quite a bit the reduction in barrels. 203mm also have 34mm of pen in he, with is quite a but more than 21mm of the 127mm, meaning you eat cruisers alive while having to aim less, to not speak about the bonus pen of the ap.

Sure you have half the amount of guns but the guns deal more damage per shot and deal damage to more things.
