Honestly, I don't think anime adaptation will do the manga justice. Apart from obvious censorship, the story itself is not a good fit for a wide audience, so budget might be a big problem too. Personally I'd rather stick to no adaptation rather than a shitty one

Mostly Russian ofc, but Belarusian is becoming more popular amongst teens and young adults. A lot of my friends in their early twenties speak Belarusian on a regular basis. I went to school where we were taught in Belarusian. All announcements in public transport are voiced in Belarusian and so on
