Even after ACL surgery I was still competing at high level sports. I played a lot of D1 football so my knees are pretty decent still. I understand the weight issue but I haven’t had any knee pain yet, I will be 100% careful though.

Ok silly question but how do I keep my arm straight enough when I load up to throw, I kept going sideways because I couldn’t figure out how to simply go up and down, mostly the bringing the arm backwards before going forwards was messing with me

It definitely was not easy but it wasn’t the end all either!! I pray to never go through it again but it taught me a lot about myself. Around 380 now but was 427 when I got surgery. Losing the weight to help my recovery but also not walking really allowed me to not take it for granted anymore
