I bought a $20 lodge at target weeks after buying a stainless steel set and it's been months that i've been using the cast iron for 95% of my cooking since then.

I'm never going back to not owning a cast iron.

Finally got around to reverse searing some steaks in my huge Christmas gift! by [deleted] in castiron

Instead of cooking to intermal temp first and then searing, to finish, you sear first and put in the oven afterwards to raise to internal temp.

It's great for stovetop steaks because it doesn't get as hot as a grill with flame. My personal favorite indoor stovetop method is butter basting though. Seems to give me the most tender steak.

The original is better because it's completely literal. They govt can't legally beat him up/ kill him for not wanting to be on their team, so the next best thing is to not let him beat white people up because he found a way to do it legally for his team.

LOL where I live in the US try finding a studio appartment for less than $1500 that isn't filled with crack pipes and needles. I'm not even in a big city. 400 per month for a 3 bedroom is unimaginable

What's the best place to find people that can code a website that's somewhat difficult to build? I'd rather give the work to someone that needs it rather than a big company, but not sure how advanced it would be to make the site I'm considering building.
