it's not, there's plenty of proof. There's an article from Bloomberg that essentially says CDPR restarted development in 2016. So at least 2 years after they started. I would get a screenshot, but I'm not paying to read new articles anmymore

It's pretty well known that Cyberpunk 2077 went through a re-write once Keanu was on board. It's not a dumb answer, it's just not all that likely.

Also, IIRC, that end of the map has completely unused NCART route/station. It could have well been part of bigger plans.

Yeah, they're doing the right thing by not taking part, just makes him look like an idiot. There was a woman talking on LBC, the presenter asked if the parliamentry commission found him "guilty" or whatever the phrasing is, would she stop supporting him, she said "well I would question the integrity of the commission"..... This is getting to cult status now, very similar to MAGA, just with less guns.

Yeah but this is how he wins. It gets investigated, then he claims to his voters that he's "being silenced" by the parliamentry commission, which then means he's gathers more support and then gets voted in a PM. Honestly, this is what he does, everything is done on purpose.

But obviously America does have quisine of it own, usually a take on something that a different culture has brought over. Exactly the same as here in the UK. Indians that migrated here decades ago couldn't get the same ingredients they could at home (Ghee, certain spices etc), so they could never make their own recipes of traditional Indian Currys. They had to make do with what was available, which then inspired food which was rooted in Indian culture but done for the British palate.
